Winter 2015

Winter 2015

This is a Brugmansia Blog, but nothing says Winter in Victoria like wattle...this is a Mt Morgan acacia, growing in my son's back garden.

It's very cold now and The Dancer is feeling it too, she isn't this
pale very often.

This is Danny Boy.
El Dorado x Butterfly
Perfume to die for if you could reach it. he's well over 12 ft.

Had to throw in some rose hips and Callicarpa berries..

Fiesta isn't very festive in her pale lemon and it looks as though she's trying very hard to colour up in the 2nd pic.

This funny creature is an Herrenhauser Gold x Angels Swingtime
Her petal tips hang down all day then at night up they go..there must be
some suaveolens in there somewhere..
Can't wait for summer when she will sort herself out.
She smells great and has put out a great flush for her first time in the wide world.

2nd flush was much better, now she's a pretty triple yellow still pale because of winter but showing a lot of promise. The 3rd corolla is tucked up.

Can't you just tell that Angels Swingtime is in the genes of the blooms in these two pics.

Debutante adds some colour
